BJI Appoints Vincent A. Tortorici, Jr.
to Executive Vice President

Wednesday, October 15, 2014, ST. AUGUSTINE, FLORIDA

Brown Jordan International, Inc. (“Brown Jordan”), the world’s leading designer and manufacturer of outdoor furniture and indoor hospitality furniture, has announced that Vincent A. Tortorici, Jr. has been promoted to executive vice president. He will also continue his role as chief financial officer, which he has held with the company and its predecessors since March 1988.

Tortorici has previously held positions as vice president and treasurer of the company, its predecessors and subsidiaries.

I look forward to the continued success of Vincent’s contributions,” said Gene J. Moriarty, Brown Jordan’s president and chief executive officer.

Prior to joining Brown Jordan, Tortorici was with Arthur Andersen & Co. (1976-1988). In September 2012, he was selected by the Jacksonville Business Journal as one of the region’s “Ultimate CFOs.”

He holds a Bachelor of Science and Masters degree in accounting from the University of Alabama and is a certified public accountant.
