Rais to Be Distributed by
Hearthlink International

Tuesday, December 30, 2014

Rais A/S has entered an agreement with Hearthlink International for distribution of Rais products in the North American market. Hearthlink will operate as sole distributor beginning Jan. 1, 2015.

Hearthlink is based in the heart of Vermont and has a combined experience in the hearth industry of 30 years. Much of this time has been spent working closely with retailers, distributors and manufacturers from all over the world.

Henrik Nørgaard, president of Rais, said, “It has been important for us to secure the continuation of the Rais brand in North America. With this agreement, we have established a co-operation that will ensure timely and great customer support. In order to optimize the manufacturing end of the product support and delivery situation, we will start with a product range of the Pina, Gabo wood and Malta. We intend to launch new designs beginning in 2015.

Hearthlink will distribute from its warehouse and offices in Randolph, Vermont. Rais will ship the first container with finished products, spare parts and accessories in January and expect them to arrive at the end of February or the beginning of March in Vermont.

In the meantime, in order to continue the expected high level of customer support, Rais A/S will ship spare parts and components for warranty repairs directly from Denmark. All orders must be placed through Hearthlink International.
