Swiss Grill Announces U.S. Corporate Restructuring

Wednesday, July 8, 2015

Swiss Grill is implementing a new strategic plan to restructure its U.S. business that will ensure significant improvements in the company’s operating model. The plan is designed to enhance the customer experience and provide a more efficient and robust platform to build upon. The new structure will accelerate innovation and enable a more effective go-to-market strategy for its Distribution and Dealership customers.

As part of the restructure, a new North American headquarters has been opened in Hendersonville, North Carolina, and is fully operational as of July 7. Swiss Grill stands behind all of its products. All enquiries should be directed to the new toll-free telephone number (844) 794-7744.

Swiss Grill CEO Andy Parry said, “I am pleased to announce the changes in our corporate management team. These changes are aimed at improving our development and delivery of all the Swiss Grill products.” Andy Parry assumes the role of CEO; Roy Bryan is the COO, and Ken Warren will oversee Marketing and Sales in North America.

Roy Bryan further added that, “The North American market is key to the success of Swiss Grill, and establishing the right operating platform is critical to successfully executing our strategy. I am confident that our plan will deliver great service to our channel partners and customers, and enable a quick turn-around to drive long-term growth and profitability.

“Ken Warren and the Repcorps team have served us well in North America, and our new structure will add the depth and support they need to ensure our partners and customers get world-class service.”

Under the leadership of Andy Parry and Roy Bryan, the business will now focus on delivering on three specific areas to enhance its U.S. operation immediately and in preparation for the 2016 season.

1. Opening of a new North American headquarters in Hendersonville, North Carolina, to include a support warehouse to fulfill deployment of accessories, spares, covers, refrigeration, brochures and marketing collateral, i.e., merchandising units, totems etc.

2. August 2015 re-launch of a new Global website – to feature a new dealer log-in facility for extended product information to include technical data and enhanced image libraries.

3. An Early-Buy program with guaranteed delivery dates and back-up inventory to help keep dealers well supplied in a timely manner.

The restructuring plan is expected to be substantially complete by the end of July 2015, and Swiss Grill looks forward to providing more information on the company’s future direction over the coming months.
