Solair Shade Solutions announces the integration of Somfy’s newest technology, myLink, into their retractable awning offerings. Available for iOS and Android, Somfy myLink is a mobile app that turns a user’s smartphone or tablet into a sophisticated remote control for Somfy-powered solutions.

The Somfy myLink puts users in control, enabling them to effortlessly operate their Solair retractable awning instantly with an easy-to-use, free and intuitive app. It consists of a simple plug-in device and uses WiFi to operate the motorized product. Feature rich, the app includes customizable schedules and shareable control options for the entire family. Through this addition, Solair retractable awnings can be controlled from locations away from the home to maximize UV protection and privacy.
