America’s Backyards & Outdoor Living Opens New Facility in Texas

Wednesday, December 2, 2015

America's Backyards & Outdoor Living, a leading manufacturer of outdoor casual furniture, has opened a distribution center in Brookshire, Texas. The existing, 37,000 sq. ft. space at 33977 Hoff Road will also bring 50 new jobs to the area over the next three years.

“This is an exciting time for America's Backyards & Outdoor Living, and we couldn’t have identified a better location to facilitate our growth,” said John Hunt , president and CEO, America's Backyards & Outdoor Living. “Texas provides a strategic location that, from a shipping point of view, was an obvious draw, as was the area’s skilled workforce. We’re looking forward to tapping into the talent pool once hiring begins.”

Along with distribution services, the new center – which opened on Dec. 1, 2015 – will house the company’s new corporate headquarters and customer service operations. New positions will include management, customer service, office support, shipping and receiving. Hiring will begin in January 2015. Call (888) 910-5646, Ext. 201.
