Caravita Introduces Big Ben Triangolo

Wednesday, February 24, 2016

As the 2016 outdoor season begins, Caravita introduces the new triangular hospitality parasol Big Ben Triangolo. Its special shape provides numerous new possibilities for creative arrangements.

The Big Ben parasol series is designed especially for the needs of the hospitality business. The result is a parasol with quick and easy handling, extreme robustness and extraordinary versatility – thanks to the large number of available dimensions and shapes. It’s the perfect solution for large terraces as well as for small outdoor spaces of little cafés.

With Triangolo Caravita introduces the latest model of the Big Ben series. The triangular parasol not only pleases discerning guests with a stylish ambiance, but combined with other parasols, shade arrangements can be extended around corners and curves or arranged in a trapezoid shape. Big Ben Triangolo provides numerous new creative possibilities for architects and designers, without abandoning the tried and tested qualities of the Big Ben series.

Like all parasols of the Big Ben series, the construction of Triangolo is extremely robust in order to meet the needs of professional use in hospitality. In the wind tunnel test the 3 x 3 m-version of the parasol braved winds up to 100 km/h. Optional available LED-lights provide pleasant light, which enables profitable use of terraces at night. With the optional integrated heating system – infrared heaters from Solamagic – summer can be extended into the cold season. The wiring for both systems is hidden and protected invisibly inside of the frame. The LED lights can be turned on and off via remote control. More extras such as rain gutters, side curtains and individual advertisement prints make Big Ben a perfect multitalented all-rounder.
