Terri Lee Rogers of OWLee with Bob Wilk at the annual sales rep dinner in Chicago.

OW Lee’s Sales Representative
of the Year for 2016

Friday, September 30, 2016

OW Lee, a manufacturer of high-end outdoor furniture, fire pits, and accessories located in Ontario, California, presented Robert Wilk with the Sales Rep of the Year award for 2016. This special presentation was made during a Sales Meeting Dinner during the International Casual Furniture Market in Chicago, Illinois.

Bob Wilk started his sales rep career on the hearth side, and started with OW Lee in 2014. In his short time with OW Lee he has strengthened relationships with his dealers and grown sales in his territiory.

“What makes Bob stand out to me is his exemplary customer service skills and his true desire to help build his customers’ business, as well as OW Lee’s. Bob is always the first to jump up and assist in selling at shows, even to customers in other territories,” said Terri Lee Rogers, vice president of Sales and Marketing for OW Lee. During the presentation Bob received a standing ovation from his fellow sales reps and colleagues and spoke about the importance of relationship building.

OW Lee’s Sales Rep of the year is decided collectively by OW Lee staff with regard to the following criteria:

  • The award winner must work with other departments to ensure the customer receives the highest level of service possible.
  • He/she must be supportive of every team member and work toward individual and company goals.
  • He/she must have a positive attitude and be respected by peers. The winner balances service with sales to ensure a great customer experience.
