Terri Lee Rogers of OW Lee with Ed Joseph at the annual sales rep dinner in Chicago.

Ed Joseph got his start in the industry on the retail side, working for Rich’s for the Home stores in the Seattle area in 1998. Ed began working with OW Lee as a sub-rep for Dennis Thurmer in 2006 and subsequently took over the Pacific Northwest territory in 2015 upon Dennis’ retirement. While working with OW Lee, Ed has strengthened relationships with his dealers and has excelled at crafting successful promotions and programs for his dealers that have led to increased sales.

“I owe my success this year to the hard work and support from everyone at OW Lee. It is an absolute honor to be named Rep of the Year by the Manufacturer of the Year!” said Ed Joseph in response to receiving the award.

OW Lee’s Sales Rep of the year is decided collectively by OW Lee staff with regards to the specific criteria. The award winner must work with other departments to ensure the customer receives the highest level of service possible. They are supportive of every team member and work toward individual and company goals. They have a positive attitude and are respected by peers. The winner balances service with sales to ensure a great customer experience.
