Acadia Hearth, LLC has been formed to offer new lines of hearth and outdoor living products exclusively to the specialty hearth market. The company is part of Acadia Holdings, Cheyenne, Wyoming, a capital investment firm formed by a group of investors including Richard Rogers, chairman of the board of United States Stove Company (USSC), and August Jones, president of USSC.

Heading Acadia Hearth is Kent Roeder, general manager and vice president of Sales and Marketing. Roeder has more than 18 years of experience in the hearth products market.

Acadia Hearth is launching three fireplaces, a direct-vent gas stove, and a vent-free gas stove. Included in the hearth products offered by Acadia Hearth is the Breckwell brand of pellet, wood and gas hearth appliances, formerly part of USSC. Other products planned for Acadia Hearth are fire pits, grills and patio heaters.
