Gloster Announces Pamela Clark as VP of Sales & Marketing

Tuesday, March 13, 2018

Gloster Furniture, one of the largest international designers and manufacturers of premium outdoor furniture, is pleased to announce the promotion of Pamela Clark to the new position of vice president of Sales & Marketing for Gloster America.

Pamela has been an important member of the Gloster team since 2001, during which time she was recognized for considerable accomplishment across her key management positions in sales, digital marketing, customer service, and inventory planning. Her talent for integrating Gloster’s brand strategy into day-to-day operations has helped to earn her this increased leadership role within the company.

“We see the Premium Retail and Architect & Design (A&D) market channels as being key to Gloster’s future development and growth,” says Svend Loevbjerg, Gloster CEO. “In this respect, Pamela’s move into her new role is key, along with the vast experience that Joseph Batchelor (director of A&D Sales) has in this area.”

“Key to the future success of Gloster is our ability to effectively manage the cross-channel demands present in the premium outdoor market,” says Gloster president Eric Parsons. “To this end, it is critically important that we empower and support Pamela, Joseph, and the whole leadership team within our company, with all of us working together in unison to accomplish our goals.”

As Gloster continues to refine its focus on delivering a world-class customer experience from its North America headquarters in South Boston, Virginia, they have set increasingly high standards so as to better address the needs of a very demanding A&D customer. As a result, Eric Parsons will be spending more of his time in South Boston to help drive the standards that will make Gloster best in market.
