Two New Executives Named at OW Lee

OW Lee, a manufacturer of high-end outdoor furniture, fire pits, and accessories located in Ontario, California, has announced the promotion of Leisa McCollister and Paul Rogers into executive management roles within the company.

Leisa McCollister has been named vice president of Marketing and will continue to oversee all marketing activities and initiatives, as well as taking a more active role in the overall management of OW Lee. Leisa has been in a marketing role at OW Lee for eight years after starting out in the customer service department.
Paul Rogers has been named vice president of Product Development. Paul will continue to drive the product development process from conception to introduction and will take a more active role in some engineering aspects of the business. Paul has been at OW Lee in a management role for six years and has been designing furniture for OW Lee for over 14 years.
Leisa and Paul are the fourth generation of OW Lee, a family-owned and operated business since 1947. The recent promotions mark the first of the fourth generation to take an executive management role within the company.

OW Lee was founded in 1947 in Pasadena, California. It is the premier manufacturer of fine wrought-iron and wrought-aluminum outdoor furniture and fire pits. OW Lee manufactures heirloom quality products in Ontario, California, and it is one of the few remaining companies in the outdoor furniture industry that still manufacture in the USA.
