Canned Heat Enterprises
Announces New General Manager

Tuesday, May 22, 2018

Canned Heat Enterprises, Amantii, and Sierra Flame, are pleased to announce the hiring of John Klopstad as its new general manager effective June 1, 2018. Canned Heat is quickly becoming a growing leader in innovation, diverse product offerings, and a largely increasing customer base.

As general manager, he plans to concentrate on building a solid foundation of superior service and expanding the customer base in both the United States and in Canada. He was previously the Customer Service Manager for Kozy Heat fireplaces for the last 10 years. During his time at Kozy Heat, he was integral in product design, strategic planning that resulted in unprecedented sales growth, by and improved product knowledge by providing numerous training programs that are still widely used today.

“Providing superior service will be the foundation at Canned Heat by listening to its customer base, just like I have over the past 10 years. The customers are what make a business, and their feedback will become the driving focus in product and operational decisions,” Klopstad said.

Brian Richards, president of Canned Heat, said, “We are ecstatic to have an opportunity to work with someone like John and the wealth of knowledge that he can bring to our company from day one. I am confident he will have the abilities and experience to help develop Canned Heat to an even stronger product manufacturer.”
