Serge Ferrari Appoints Market Development Managers

Serge Ferrari, a world leader in flexible composite material technology, today announced that Jesse Pennington and Jeff Dellinger have been appointed as Market Development managers for the Americas. Jesse will spearhead the company’s growth in the industrial segment, and Jeff will lead the company’s Marine segment.
Jesse Pennington brings 30 years of business and global experience to Serge Ferrari. With his consulting management firm, Jesse worked with some of the biggest names in the coated fabrics industry, serving in various leadership and business development positions. Prior to entering the coated textiles industry, Jesse was a corporate executive for Fortune 500s such as Collins & Aikman Wallcoverings, Rubbermaid, and Henkel KGaA. Jesse is fluent in six languages and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Sciences from Baldwin University in Berea, Ohio.
Jeff Dellinger brings 25 years experience in fiber and chemical sales, logistics, and technical service. He previously worked for Venator Materials Plc, a German specialty chemicals company, as Sales manager – North America. Prior to Venator, Jeff owned an agency for more than 12 years representing a variety of European textile and synthetic fibers to the North American market. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business Management from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte.
Serge Ferrari is expanding its position in the Americas through an aggressive strategy for improving product positioning, availability, and service. This includes the recruitment of experienced, high-level business leaders as well as a new logistical center in early 2019.
