The World’s Longest Fireplace?

Tuesday, November 6, 2018

Linear gas fireplaces have been around for a while now, and Travis Industries with its DaVinci brand is certainly one of the leaders in that field.

Well, take a long look at this one!

It’s 66-ft. long by 30-in. high, and it burns one million Btus/hr. The DaVinci crew first had to plan the project, then assemble it, test it, break it down, photograph every piece, pack it, ship it, and send a small crew to install it.

The unit is heading for a new home in California. It will be positioned in the common area of a development that will have retail shops on the lower levels, and residences above.
