New Crystal Fire Plus Technology Provides Safety and Convenience Upgrades
Tuesday, September 24, 2019
As the leader in the outdoor living industry, The Outdoor GreatRoom Company is excited to debut their latest innovation: Crystal Fire Plus technology. Crystal Fire Plus burners will be available individually and outfit all Outdoor GreatRoom Company fire pit tables.
Crystal Fire Plus burners are UL listed to the ANSI Z21.97-2017/CSA 2.41-2017 standards. These updated standards ensure utmost safety and quality for residential homes and commercial use.
Crystal Fire Plus burners include many construction and safety updates. The new burner design offers a taller, brighter, and fuller flame for a more natural, realistic appearance with a higher BTU capacity.
A new Variable Control Safety Valve (VCSV) provides a safety ignition and safety shutdown operations. If the flame is blown out, the burner will safely shut down. The valve features a fully adjustable flame height from low to high with a quiet, clean-burning operation.
The new drainage system eliminates water drainage through the burner neck for more reliable operation. Water drains away from the burner ports and to the perimeter of the burner surface.
Crystal Fire Plus burners now feature Positive Connect for fast, easy installation. Only minimal gas connections and assembly are needed as most connections are made prior to shipping.
“The Outdoor GreatRoom Company experienced a long, rewarding process to ensure that the new enhancements are a game changer for customers,” vice president of Sales Joey Shimek said. “Customers can trust that our team made the best burner that much better.”
The burners and burner inserts are constructed of durable #304 stainless steel with a limited lifetime warranty. Over 25 stocked Crystal Fire Plus burners, burner inserts, and custom burner options are available.
The updated safety standards are mandatory for all products manufactured after Jan. 17, 2020. Crystal Fire Plus technology will replace current Crystal Fire burners as inventory depletes. Any Crystal Fire burners manufactured before January 2020 will still be compliant and UL Listed.
