Effective on June 27, 2019, Outside in Style, formerly known as the Greenhouse Mall, will close their doors and have a Going Out of Business Sale effective through October 27. Karen and Paul Galindo will be retiring and are therefore closing down the operation.

The stores were founded in 1977 as The Greenhouse Mall by Matt and Muriel Wiggers. In 1994 they retired and Karen and Paul Galindo, along with lifetime friend Tracy Wolfrom, took over operations. In 2012 they rebranded into Outside in Style.

The decision has been a very difficult one given the longevity of the stores that have been open for 42 years, and Karen and Paul’s love of the Casual Furniture Industry, but the decision has been made and exit strategies are in place. “I have been working in the stores since I was 11 years old, and after 42 years in the industry, I feel like I have given what I needed to give,” says Karen Galindo, owner.

“We want to thank all our beloved employees, vendors, reps, and industry professionals for all the friendship and support over all our years in business. We will miss you all terribly.”
