The Prestige PRO 665 Grill from Napoleon.

Shining a Light on the New Prestige PRO Series Grill

Thursday, April 11, 2019

Grill enthusiasts are often on the hunt for the latest trends and technologies that can elevate everyday backyard meals into an ultimate experience.

Hosting summer parties and entertaining outdoors, people want to showcase a barbecue that delivers on both performance and aesthetics. Reimaging traditional barbecue design to incorporate elements of colored light, Napoleon is pushing boundaries with its upgraded Prestige PRO Series.

“We wanted to create an innovative product that is designed with both the needs of the grill master and the look of your yard in mind,” says Stephen Schroeter, co-chief executive officer of the Napoleon group of companies. “The latest Prestige PRO series will feature unique color spectrum lighting and proximity lighting to deliver an enhanced grilling experience.”

Exclusive to the Prestige PRO, LED Spectrum NIGHT LIGHT will allow users to set control knobs to a custom color to match their outdoor décor or cycle through a full color spectrum. Furthermore, proximity lighting will use motion-detection to project a Napoleon logo on the ground when you are ready to grill.

The Prestige PRO Series Grills are offered in the following model options:

  • PRESTIGE PRO 825: Grill is equipped with 10 burners (1,430 sq. in. total cooking area), power side burner and is available in stainless steel.
  • PRESTIGE PRO 665: Grill comes with 8 burners (1,140 sq. in. total cooking area), stainless steel WAVE cooking grids, and is offered in stainless steel.
  • PRESTIGE PRO 500: Grill is crafted with 6 burners (900 sq. in. total cooking area) and is available for purchase with stainless steel options.

“The grill is a focal feature of a backyard, and with enhanced lighting features and customizable controls it can really take the spotlight,” says Schroeter. “Combining performance quality with aesthetic luxury, the Prestige PRO allows its users to achieve professional grade grilling.”

About the Napoleon Group of Companies

It all began in 1976 when a small steel-fabrication business launched by Wolfgang Schroeter started manufacturing steel railings in Barrie, Ontario, Canada. At that time, no one could imagine the incredible future that lay ahead for Wolf Steel and eventually Napoleon Fireplaces and Napoleon Gourmet Grills.

Since the first wood stove rolled off the production line more than 35 years ago, Wolf Steel’s commitment was to be distinctive and successful in everything they do. Napoleon’s commitment to producing quality products, combined with honest, reliable service, has proven to be a successful framework for ensuring the continued rapid growth of the company. Napoleon is an ISO 9001:2015 registered company and now operates with 1.4 million sq. ft. of manufacturing space and employs more than 1,000 associates.

Napoleon is North America’s largest privately-owned manufacturer of quality wood and gas fireplaces (inserts and stoves), gourmet gas and charcoal grills, outdoor living products, and a complete line of Heating & Cooling equipment. Napoleon has been named one of Canada’s Top 50 Best Managed Companies, an annual distinction sponsored by CIBC World Markets, Deloitte, The National Post, Queen’s School of Business and CEO Forum.
