OBR Readiness Survey

Monday, March 30, 2020

Dear OBR Family,

Based on today’s current environment, Operation BBQ Relief (OBR) is proactively asking all of our volunteers/personnel about their ability/desire to deploy to a disaster response should the need arise. We are not asking you to provide specific health information about yourself, but instead, to provide simple yes or no responses regarding your willingness/eligibility to deploy in the event of a disaster response need.

OBR is gathering this information only for the purposes of providing a safe and secure environment/workplace for our personnel and beneficiaries. Your response will only be used for this purpose and will not be shared outside of OBR. Internally, this information will be kept in the strictest confidence and only made available to members of the OBR leadership team who need it. We thank you in advance for your feedback. This will help OBR proactively evaluate our operation capabilities while we prepare for any upcoming disaster deployment. Please click the link below to begin.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Sincerely,
OBR Leadership Team
