We’re Open for Business!

Monday, March 30, 2020

“The retail store is closed, and we are not sending our people into our customers’ homes, but we are answering the phones, selling parts, pellets, Bio-bricks, and our expertise if the customer wants to do the repair on their own (excluding gas). We are also doing garage door and opener installations and repairs, as well as new construction projects for our builder/contractor accounts.

“If the customers don’t want to attempt the repair, we are writing up work orders for when the ban is lifted. Customers will get taken care of on a first-come, first-serve basis. We hope to have numerous work orders to take care of when the madness is over. This will brand our store as an essential business to the community. The next heating season will be here three months sooner after all this is over.”
